You can reach us by phone on 01788 542663 or visit us in person at 21–22 High Street, Rugby, Warwickshire, CV21 3BG.
For confidentiality reasons, we’re unable to schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments via email.
We’re always pleased to welcome new NHS patients when availability allows.
Please see our new patient section for more guidance.
We do not have a dedicated car park, but there are several public parking options within walking distance of the practice:
Asda car park (CV21 3DT)
Little Church Street car park (CV21 3AN)
Rugby Central Multi Storey Car Park (CV21 2JT)
North Street car park (CV21 2AG)
Street parking is also available on Dunchurch Road (CV22 6AD) and Barby Road (CV22 5DR)
Blue Badge holders may park directly outside the practice before 11:00am and after 4:00pm, when the gates are unlocked.
We recommend checking signage for time limits and charges.
We’re based in a charming, character-filled building, with treatment rooms on the first and second floors
We’ve looked into improving access, but unfortunately, changes like adding a lift or step-free entry would have affected the structure of our historic building.
We understand this may not suit all patients and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We kindly ask all patients to give at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
NHS appointments: We are unable to charge NHS patients for missed or late cancellations. However, repeated missed appointments may result in being asked to seek care at another dental practice.
Private appointments: Hygienist appointments carry a fixed fee of £40 for missed or late cancellations. Fees for dentist appointments may vary depending on the type and length of the booking.
We understand that plans can change and appreciate your effort to let us know as early as possible.
NHS guidance recommends bringing your child to the dentist as soon as their first tooth appears, or by their first birthday (whichever comes first).
Early visits help your child get used to the dental environment, allow us to check that everything is developing normally, and give you a chance to ask questions about teething, brushing, and diet.
If you're already registered with us, we're happy to welcome your child for NHS care. For families who aren't currently registered, our standard new patient process applies and may be subject to availability.
