How to book an appointment:

• Call us on 01788 543663 and speak to one of our friendly reception team

• Visit the practice during opening hours

Availability

Appointments are available Monday to Friday. Each dentist has their own working hours, which may vary throughout the week.

Cancellations and missed appointment policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the slot to another patient.
Repeated missed appointments for NHS treatment may affect your ability to book future visits. Missed appointments for private treatments (including hygienist visits) are chargeable.

Dental emergencies

• During Opening Hours
  If you’re experiencing a dental emergency, please call our reception on 01788 542663, ideally as close to 8:00am as possible. This helps us assess your situation early and offer the most appropriate care. Our team will carry out a telephone triage and guide you on next steps.

• Outside Opening Hours
  If the practice is closed and your concern cannot wait until we reopen, please contact NHS 111 for urgent advice and support.
